A presidential taskforce on religious reforms has recommended a rapt of changes in the governance of religious institutions submitted its report to the president end of July. Some of the recommendations look good on paper but others open a way for churches to lose their independence as they will be forced to join hierarchical denominations. Our hope is that our newly formed association ARBC will provide a suitable umbrella to avoid the coming push to denominations.
