Nearby Buruburu Baptist Church was planted around the same time as TBC. Their lead pastor passed away last month. His associate pastor, Charles Maina, is Calvinistic and has requested for help to lead the church in a biblical direction. May the Lord may raise up many biblical churches in the city.
