TPC: The TPC classes come to an end today, and the students will
return tomorrow. We are excited about the help to train pastors for the churches in Rwanda. Their gov’t has continued to make it hard for them to meet, with demands to not only meet certain meeting property standards but also requiring them to do another business or social welfare, like beginning a school, hospital, media, etc.
